Векторный анализатор цепей E5072A
Designed for the Most Demanding Requirements from Research and Development to Manufacturing
The Keysight E5072A vector network analyzer, with a configurable test set, provides access to the signal paths between the internal source, receivers, bridges, and the analyzer’s test ports. The direct access improves instrument sensitivity as well as the ability to add components or peripherals for a variety of applications. The E5072A delivers new standards in versatility, speed, and accuracy, and is suitable for full performance characterization of passive and active components such as antennas, filters, and high-power amplifiers.
- Choose frequency from 30 kHz to 4.5 GHz or 8.5 GHz; 2 ports
- Improve accuracy, yield, and margins with a wide dynamic range of 130 dB / 151 dB with direct receiver access
- Increase throughput with measurement speeds of 7 ms at full 2-port calibration, 401 points
- Reduce calibration time with excellent temperature stability of 0.005 dB/°C
- Gain test flexibility with a wide source power range of -109 to +20 dBm for linear and nonlinear device characterization
- Easy to configure test set provides access to the signal paths between the internal source, receivers, bridges, and the analyzer’s test ports.
High-power measurement
High-power measurements are necessary to characterize devices under real conditions. These measurements are cumbersome if external amplifiers and attenuators are attached to a network analyzer's test ports. The E5072A reduces the need for external power sources by delivering up to +20 dBm from its test ports. For measurements above +20 dBm, the E5072A's configurable test set provides direct source and receiver paths for simple test setup and error correction for external devices.

Corrected System Performance
The specifications in this section apply to measurements made with the Keysight Technologies, Inc. E5072A network analyzer
under the following conditions:
1. The test port dynamic range is calculated as the difference between the test port rms noise floor and the source maximum output power. The
effective dynamic range must take measurement uncertainty and interfering signals into account.
2. Typical performance might not be met from 60 to 70 kHz.
3. The direct receiver access input system dynamic range is calculated as the difference between the direct receiver access input noise floor and the
source maximum output power. The effective dynamic range must take measurement uncertainties and interfering signals into account.
Test Port Input
Trace Noise 2
1. Typical performance might not be met from 60 to 70 kHz.
2. The specification might not be met at the following frequencies: 333.333 kHz, 406.25 kHz, 857.143 kHz, and 928.571 kHz.
